Delany's Coffee House

The best coffee in the Lynn Valley/Mountain Highway neighbourhood. Not visible from the street though, so you do have to get to it either from the surface parking lot side of Lynn Valley Centre if entering off Lynn Valley Road, or via the underground parking lot on the Mountain Highway side.

Excellent coffee and the bar tenders are very friendly...Lovely place in general...Always having a positive experience there.

⭐️ where did it go??Lost a star from a few years ago. They used to give you a few minutes interaction and personality but now it seems more like an assembly line order station. The location is great with nice outdoor seating.

The best London fog in town baked goods are great very friendly staff. Parking can be hard

As a Coffee snob, I have to say Delany's has top notch coffee! If your on the north shore and looking for a REAL coffee this is the place. I cant imagine why people still go to Starbucks and such when there are places like this that really understand what it takes to make a real cup of coffee! Staff are all super great and atmosphere just rocks - massive outside seating area. 5 stars all the way!

Locally owned and operated cafes . Friendly staff and quality baked goods and eats

Had a great sandwich here. Only complaint is that for wifi you have to mooch off the library next door.
